CONSEPTION Background
Telling a story
Our streetwear stands for more than good designs. We believe clothing can do more than just look good. Conception tells a story with every design. Each of our designs has a background to a topic that we believe is worth telling or criticizing. An example: our “Macando” collection, which draws attention to the explosion on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig, which sank the rig and caused the largest oil spill in history. It took over 80 days for the leak to be repaired. More detailed descriptions of the background to the designs are always on the pieces page.
Our purpose
As a responsible start-up, we have the privilege of having a positive impact with our income and helping others. That's why we decided to donate 50% of our profits to charitable organizations. We try to donate to organizations that have something to do with the issues we address. We announce the organizations we donate to on Instagram (@conseption_clothing).
Minimizing the impact on the environment
Our environment is important to us at Conseption. That's why we decided on processes that are as climate-friendly as possible. We only print your products when you actually order them to avoid unnecessary production and waste. Since we do not produce stockpiles, each of our pieces is unique. We almost always print regionally adapted, that is, for example, orders from Germany in Germany or orders from the USA in North America. We print using environmentally friendly inks and printing processes. Many of our products contain organic cotton and recycled polyester, minimizing our impact on the environment.
